About Jaquie Daniels

Jaquie Daniels is a singer-songwriter from Southampton UK. An experienced writer, Jaquie began initially writing at just twelve years of age, the artist took a break from her craft and returned to music in her late twenties. Inspired by American singer songwriter Janis Ian from a TV show about the 1970s, Jaquie began on her journey back into her childhood passion and calling.

 

Her musical inspirations are varied and include industry legends such as: The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Joni Mitchell and Carole King.

 

Now with a plethora of stunning projects under her belt the artist has released six albums and three EPs, all of which have gained her recognition from her impressive and growing fanbase. She regularly performs with her husband Steve who is also a singer songwriter.

 

 With her latest release, In the City EP, Jaquie embarks on a new chapter, exploring hybrid acoustic/electronic sounds while staying true to her roots.
