About Jaquie Daniels

Jaquie Daniels is a singer-songwriter in the folk/acoustic genre based in Southampton, UK. Influenced by artists such as the Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, and Joni Mitchell, she blends contemporary and neo-traditional folk, telling topical and touching stories of real life. Her songs reflect her desire to inspire, entertain and amuse.

Jaquie accompanies herself mostly on guitar, but also on mandolin and ‘cello. She regularly performs at local folk clubs and open mic sessions, and has recorded six albums and two EPs which are available on CD and on digital music sites.

Her latest release is the album Love and Harmony Combine which was released in April 2021. She has also been played on folk radio shows such as the Acoustic Cafe show on Wey Valley Radio and the Folk Pilot Show on Deal Radio, and Women of Substance Radio podcast.
